Do fertility supplements actually work?

My husband and I just decided that we're ready for kids. Do any of the fertility supplements available actually work? What do y'all recommend?
I'm hoping to get pregnant quickly which is why I'm asking about the supplements now instead of waiting a few months.

I used prenatal for 6 months before we started trying. The month we conceived I also used pre seed and maca root.

I have had two chemicals so I don't know if any of this helped, but I'm now 6+5.

Prenatal vitamins (for sure)
Pressed (during your fertile window)
Pineapple core (dpo) 
I take preprep ,but they have all kinds like fertility blend, vitex ect

As far as I'm concerned they're a big waste of money, sorry hope they work for you
