Could someone PLEASE give me implantion bleeding stories!

I'm having a hard time figuring out what my body is doing right now .. started to spot 7 days before my period and it's day 4 of off and on spotting. No need for tampon or panty liner, no clots but a few cramps. Definately not a normal period ..

I have a very normal 29 day period and to bleed 7 days before it starts in unusual . I've been on Google driving myself crazy .. and all I've come up with is either an early period or implantation bleeding??

However it is right around my implantion date ... so ... ahhhhh!! I hope this is a good sign and not my body playing a trick on me.
