someone please explain temp. checks
My mother in law said that she used to check her tempature every morning to see if she was most fertile. Someone please explain it. I woke up this morning and first thing I checked my temp. It was 97.9 F. This was my first day checking. How do I know if I'm most fertile? Thanks in advance
