HELP ASAP PLEASE !!!

I am thinking about calling a fertility specialist. no matter how much we try it just won't happen. so I'm finally  ready to talk to someone about it. I found a OB/GYN that I am interested in and I want to call her today to make an appointment. but my problem is when I call I don't know what to say, can anyone help me on what I should say when I call her in a couple minutes?? Please anyone? 😊
