Do you think they all have mental disorders?

Spurred on by a recent comment (if you see this don't let this offend you I just want more opinions), it was said that all of these people have mental disorders.

Focusing upon:

•Serial Killers

•Rapists

•Murderers

•Abusive Partners, mentally and physically

Personally I think that there is something not quite right, potentially psychological but from seeing interviews with some criminals they function like everyone else but do these awful crimes.

Therefore do you think all the criminals mentioned above have mental disorders?

Bonus question: if it is a mental disorder do you think they can be 'cured'? If they are 'cured' would you be comfortable allowing them back into society?
