Question

Just posting this to let it be known that you can get a whitehead on your labia just like your face and they are nothing to worry about.
This was never touched on in sex ed so I had to research it myself. I've been getting them since puberty (once every couple of years I get a pimple right on the side of my clit)
You can soak in a hot bath and squeeze it out if you're careful and then just leave it alone to heal. Wash with warm water no soap.

I thought I'd share in case there's anybody else that was never told that this is normal and not an STi or anything.

Of course you can, specially if you shave you can get them with an in grown hair. Also if they do become infected, warm to the touch and hurting a bit more then what a white head should(white head shouldn't hurt to the touch anyway) then it could've turned into an abscess or carbuncle which hot compresses help and might drain it out, and that does require antibiotics and the main thing is not to squeeze it, let the dr handle it cuz the infection can get into the blood stream and make you sick.
