White on baby's tongue?

I breastfeed and supplement with formula and pumped breastmilk, I noticed my baby has a white coating on his tongue - can this be something other than a yeast infection?

If it can be wiped off, it's just milk which is normal. My baby has it. If you can't wipe it off, it's thrush and she should be seen

No but it could be just the milk, id try washing the bottle more and as long as theres no swelling or redness, other than what a tongue should be, I wouldn't worry about it.

It sounds like thrush. Do you feel pain or itching in your breast?

It's probably thrush.. my daughter has it now too and it's not too big a deal. Clean baby's mouth out once a day with a wet cloth, get prescription drops from babies doctor, boil all pacifiers after starting drops, clean ur nipples with soap after feeding if you breast feed. Should clear up in a few days😉
