I had an iud put in about 2 months ago my last period was may 12th I've been spotting off and on since the 30th . My bf does cum in me every time we have sex. Ik it's realy rare but I've been having more migranes lately my muscles are more sore and some cramps and back pain and just today I was nauseous and close to puking and felt like fainting with hot flashes and now diarrhea. But no period yet .
