Natural douche??

Alright I know it's bad to douche but is there a more natural diy douche that is safe and effective?
I found one on Google that uses baking soda, has anyone tried it? 
(Mix 1/2 tbs of baking soda in 4 cups of water) 
Or can you just use a water douche?

Never ever douche your vagina is self cleaning it does not need help with that at all the only thing you need to do is wash the outside (the lips) with warm water and mild soap nothing ever goes inside the vagina unless you have a yeast infection or your dr gives you a script

Little bit of chemistry for you.
The vaginas natural pH is acidic.
Baking soda is used to neutralize acids, including very very strong acids.
One of the big reasons why douching is bad for your vagina is that it messes up your natural pH. Even plain water will mess up your pH because its not acidic enough and lead to increased infections.
I mean, its your body and all but be smart about it and take care of yourself ok. If you have an issue youre too embarrassed to ask about and thats why youre asking about douching even though you say you know its bad, you need to figure out how to fix that issue and not do such counterintuitive things.
