Birth control to help with menstrual pain
I am either getting the skyla iud or nexplanon implant. My periods are horrible in terms of heaviness and cramping. Which one will lessen my period or take it away completely? I don't mind spotting compared to this. I sometimes throw up, my cramps make me nauseous and pain killers don't help. I've missed school and work before due to my period.
