How can you tell if your birth control pills have been compromised by the heat? I keep them in my purse because I take them at 8pm. I always make sure that my purse is in a cool or room temperature area. Today I was shopping going from inside to outside. I took my packet out in a public restroom to take my pill and I swear they looked funny. However when I got home the pills look normal. I have a feeling it was just the lighting.
