Should I Switch Birth Controls?

I am currently taking the pill. I've been on it for a while now and I like it because it's been working great but my boyfriend doesn't like it because he says it has made me moody and it lowered my sex drive a little. I have noticed I get mad or annoyed easier now and it sucks but I do like the pills besides that. Should I switch to some other type of birth control? Would I have the same results since most birth control methods have hormones?
