Trusting God-Pregnancy after an Ectopic

Can anyone share their experiences with pregnancy after an ectopic? I was diagnosed with a chronic ectopic pregnancy, but I did not need any tubes removed. It all happened on my left side and although my body is dropping in HCG (I was at 40 last week) I still feel pain on my left side and sometimes a shooting pain. This all started in mid April, but I never had pain until recently. My doctor said I've had lots of tiny ruptures instead of one big one and when fluid from a rupture leaks out it causes the pain. I've also been bleeding on and off since April, but obviously no period because of the HCG in my system. I test HCG tomorrow and I'm hoping it's at 0 so I can get a cycle. I have been having unprotected sex with my husband although my doc said wait two cycles...putting everything in God's hands ❤️🙏
