HELP!?!??!!

Question

I recently got s cold sore and it formed a bubble with fluid inside. I feel like I should pop it so all the nasty stuff comes out but idk. Should I pop it or leave it?

Don't pop it! That fluid could make the cold sore spread! I've been getting them since I was little. You can use abreva or my personal favorite campophenique (sp?). They shorten the duration of the sore.   Also remember, when it's in blister form, it's most contagious. Do not touch the blister or any leaking fluid with your fingers. Apply medicine with a clean q tip. And do not kiss, share utensils or cups with anyone! I even use a different wash cloth each time I dry my face.  My friend got one recently and touched it because it was itchy, then she scratched her nose...within 2 days she had a huge one going from her nostril to her upper lip.

Put a bunch of Vaseline or carmex in it and keep doing that. It's the "drowning" method. It'll go away in a day or two :)
