Use Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation and concealer. I had it really bad too. Hated it. 2 yrs later and still not gone. Drs said it would fade. I got cheated.

If you wore a bb cream up it to a more full coverage. Also I like to go a little lighter than my actual skin color because my neck is so pale but I add bronzer to even it out. Adding a second light layer of your current foundation will help to. Just make sure you dab towards your hair line don't smear. Brushes are your friend.
