Losing weight?

I've gone through a rough year battling depression. And after a long time i've decided i want to get up and do something about my body. I used to be around 125 until I started gaining weight. Now i'm around 140-150. For the past few months i've changed my diet from vegan to vegetarian. I stray away from bad foods. And tbh i'm really proud of how much healthier i feel and how i've kept it up. However, my physical body is still struggling. My tummy and my buttock have gotten flabby and my breast have begun to sag. I've been working out. Doing lots of cardio and switching on and off strength exercises. If any of you have any other tips or tricks i could use to further my weight lose and physical health if LOVE IT! I love seeing everyone on here finding their happy place with their body and boy do i want that again!
