I choose Force Awakens because even though it's the same premise as Empire, it is done extremely well and Rey is my IDOL. She is in my opinion the best feminist icon we have in the media today, because she is just a person. Not once do they mention her beauty, or does she fall into the tropes of a girl in a movie with a bunch of men. She consistently is just a human being that is genuinely better at everything without being a sassy fierce high heel wearer (like a lot of movies try to pull off as feminism)
