Pregnancy Hip Pains !!!!

Has anyone every had hip pains during pregnancy!!! I am 30 + 4 weeks pregnant and my hips are giving me hell. I tried walking atleast an hour a day to loosen them up maybe doesn't work (makes them way worst ), Tried warm baths at night before I go to bed doesn't work, pain medication doesn't work, I tried doing squats, massages  ....I basically tried everything I can think of to help these hips and they continue to hurt and get worst 😭😭 I can't sleep on my sides at night because they throb so badly. Any suggestions on what I should do ??
