pregnant after 2 ectopics and terrified

I'm 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I'm having so many mixed emotions. I'm so excited praying and hoping this is a sticky one. But I'm so scared because I suffered 2 ectopics within about 6 months of each other. I finally have an Ultrasound appointment scheduled for next week but I'm so afraid to get my hopes up and then there be nothing. I haven't had many symptoms besides being extra tired and not getting my period. I want to be excited and start planning announcements for my family but I don't want to be let down yet again.
