Do you sleep in a bra?

Im not sure whether its bad for you to sleep in a bra but I feel like it would. As a teenager at sleep overs I slept in a bra at times and always woke up in so much pain. But ive heard some girls say they do sleep in bras so im curious how many do and dont!

I have to because I'm breastfeeding and I level everywhere if I don't. But normally I don't or if I do, it's a sports bra. Generally sleeping in a bra, especially a tight one or one with an under wire, isn't good for your breasts.

I work overnights with senior citizens and sometimes they need help in the night. If they do, I don't feel very professional helping them to the bathroom with my boobs everywhere. Hahaha
I usually wear one during those shifts, but never when I'm home.

I did back in the day because my breasts were large and it felt like I would suffocate. After my reduction, hell no. That thing comes off once I'm home.. If I'm at home all day it doesn't get put on.
