Eating enough
Suggestions for making sure I am eating enough. I'm 9 weeks currently, and have only known the last week. I have been trying to eat as much as I can. I'm still finding it hard to eat in the mornings. *that was an issue before I got pregnant*
I've been doing smoothies in the morning. Come lunch I'm starved. And then hungry all day!! I just want to do this right. I'm terrified I'm gonna fuck this up!
