6/23/17 My 30th Birthday, and now also my sons birthday. It took me 12 hours to get dilated to 5cm,  20 mins after being checked and being 5 cm I told them I had the urge to pee and my contractions were getting strong as hell this epidural y'all gave me sucks!! So low and behold the Dr. comes in and says we'll let me check you again real quick before we call the anesthesiologist back in here.... UMMMMM..... The baby is right there and your ready to push, you are just to far gone to feel the epidural... My husband jumped up out of the chair and yelled well let's get this show on the road then!!!  While I was pushing my husband cried and cried, but 15 mins of pushing later out comes the best birthday present ever and the nurse catches my husband before he hits the floor!!! Lol
