I have to wear a leotard for a very important dance performances which I never had to wear before this week and my period had to come early and start a day before my first performance. I don’t wear tampons and my leotard is a light colour. Can you wear pads under a leotard?? Or like wear normal underwear and a pad under a leotard ???? Without it being noticeable??
