Cramps?

So never had a period. At least I think. So I have this tight pain in my lower abdomen it feels like my insides are twisting and being squished together hard. Where is a normal period cramp at? Do you think this is one?

There are no "normal " period cramps, majority of women cramp in lower abdominal area, however i cramp both in lower abdominal (right above pelvic bone) and lower back.
I will say that if your young, youll know when you start your first period, i know it might be embarrassing to talk about, but talk  the females in your family about when they started, the age range they started at is a good indication of when you should start, however weight and health and stress can change this as each body is different. If you dont feel comfortable talking to family, you can always talk with your female friends, or a dr. dont be afraid to ask questions
