lichen sclerosis?

I believe I have this, waiting to see my ob Friday. At least once a month I get a white discoloration of the skin, white but yellow discharge on tissue, & tearing with blood, it's itchy but milder then a yeast infection, I feel swollen. Shaving tends to trigger the flare up. I also recall having tears on my anus, I used to assume it was due to shaving but looking back on it that's false. I've also found this to be the cause because when I looked up lichen sclerosis hormonal problems could be contributing to it, I just got off birth control 3 months ago  after a year of problems, my body wasn't normal while on it & isn't now. What were your symptoms? What did the doctor do to confirm it?  What works for you?
