I'm having weekly migraines and it's getting overwhelming. I have an rx for fioricet but I don't think I'm comfortable taking it. Can anyone suggest some safer alternatives? Tylenol isn't helping. I read promethazine can help, but I see now that's a Cat C also.

When I'm not pregnant I take imitrex tablets and injections. They're usually in line with my cycle, but now that I'm into my second trimester it's weekly!

I got a quick break early in the first trimester and thought I was off the hook. 😢
