Dreams about unborn child at 7 weeks pregnant

I had the most craziest dream ever. I dreamt that I had a baby boy and I could see him so vividly. We were in some unknown location and state I have never been to and I was breastfeeding him but milk wouldn't stop coming out. Some how two men ended up trying to kidnap him. I remember getting him back and sitting somewhere with the two men and a police officer. She was on the phone with another police department when she found out they were wanted in another state. I then remember that somehow they ended up back with my baby and I remember screaming his name and chasing after them. Then I woke up saying my son's name... Anyone else ever had this type of crazy dream????
