Second time around .. boobs more painful?

Hey ladies.. I am 21 weeks . I don't remember being in horrible breast and nipple pain first time around at this point! Are we more sensitive in next pregnancies?? Geez! ouch!

Yes!! When I pregnant with my son I maybe had sore boobs for the first 6 weeks and the soreness went away. With this one OMG! They are so sore still @ 18 weeks! It's unbearable at times especially having a toddler who can grab and pinch on accident I want to cry😭😂😂

I'm not sure but I'm in my second pregnancy and my nipples have never hurt so bad in my life! It's really bad.
