Pregnant mamas that are runners - will you keep it up during pregnancy? Past experiences?
I have been getting back into running and want to keep it up during pregnancy. During my first prgnancy I stopped because the first trimester fatigue got the best of me 😉. I'm not a marathon runner or anything. A perfect run for me is 3-4 miles. Anyone pregnant and planning to continue running? Or past pregnancies - how long were you able to keep it up? Any negative experiences? I think I'm going to need some motivation to keep going once that fatigue really hits!
