So Iast night I had unprotected sex but he had peed before we had sex so does that not wash out all the sperm ? He also pulled out so I mean what are the chances of pregnancy... ?

If you arent ovulating around this time then there is no chance. If you are then there is a slight chance.

Pee and sperm come from two different places. Bladder and nut sack. So peeing doesn't clean out any sperm.
