Ladies! If you're like me and know how to kegal, but don't really understand how to make sure you're doing effective kegal exercises, I just downloaded an awesome app. It's called Kegal Trainer (I have an iPhone - not sure if it's available for android). It silently walks you through exercise sessions so you can do them secretively anywhere! The app icon is a green box with a white check mark. Try it!! You'll love it!! I saw a suggestion for it somewhere, I wish I remembered where so I could thank the person that suggested this app!
