Positive opk no temp shift?

First cycle charting, temping, doing opks... glow predicted ovulation for yesterday. I've had ewcm for several days now and got extremely positive opks yesterday and the day before. Light cramping all day yesterday. This morning was expecting my temp spike but it hasn't. Thoughts?

Your positive OPK indicates that hormone levels are high enough to trigger ovulation. You sill ovulate anywhere from 12 to 48 hours after your first positive OPK. Temps will only increase after ovulation happened. So its very common for there to be one or two days between positive OPK and temp increase. Nothing to worry about! Good luck!

Believe it or not your body shows strong presence of LH after 12pm. When I take ovulation tests they test best for me at 6pm. Dont use your first pee in the morning like pregnancy tests. Try to not use the bathroom for 4 hours and then try in the afternoon
