Change your eating habits exercise more and drink more water (detox water)... you don’t have to necessarily go on an intense diet my mom still eats almost all the same things she ate she just changed the way she cooks the things she eats like my mom loves fried foods so she switched to air frying she loves stir fry she air frys that also she no longer eats red meat (only on occasion now) she increased her vegetable servings and decreased her grains servings she also started to eat on smaller plates.. she drinks a glass of water before her meal and sips water through her meal she no longer drinks soda...

Above is some of the dishes she made in her airfryer and I swear it the best $80 I ever spent for her and the plus part is her good cooks in about 10 mintues and uses about 2 tablespoons of oil

I just lost 25 lbs in 2 months with clean eating Small portions meals. Stretching And light yoga. Gym 2-3 times a week. It's small gradual results but I'm getting their. I'm also stepping it up w a personal trainer 2-3 times a week at home. Good luck. And take lots of before pics😉
