kittens randomly gone!!?

So my cat had kittens on the 19 and she first had 6 but then over night she only had 4 and one was dead. Yesterday she still had 3 kittens but today when I went to go check on them there was only one. She's an outside cat the cat who got her pregnant was trying to eat her food last night so maybe he saw the kittens and killed them? I've never had a cat with kittens and I'm not sure if an animal is getting them or she's moving them around.

EDIT: the dead kitten was still with her and the rest of the kittens, me and my mom had to take it out of where she's keeping them.

Check everywhere in your house. My cat had kittens last month. She has them hidden so my dogs don't bother them. They like to hide their kittens in small spaces.

When my cat had kittens, when one died she eats them , maybe that's the problem? Mine o my ate a couple and the rest were just dead and she left them. And some male cats are known to kill kittens to force the female back into heat

My cat hid her kittens from everyone but she is an indoor cat she hid her kittens and everytime we found them she moved them
