Is it normal for my nipples to almost always be sticking out?

I literally almost always have my nipples on display. I never let the girls out for long. Between a bra and a comfortable bed time to wear. I live at home with my teenage brother who despite loving him means the girls always have to be under cover, even when asleep cuz my dog warrants my bedroom door being open all the time.
Is there something I'm doing wrong? Is it something to worry about? Is it completely normal? Help please!
