I fell pregnant with my first biological child naturally and I have PCOS. Sadly, it ended in a miscarriage.
My sister, who also has PCOS, fell pregnant with her first naturally. It ended in miscarriage, sadly. She's now pregnant with her second child, and the only thing she did differently was used Preseed. She's now 17weeks with a healthy baby.
