Is Lasik eye surgery worth it ?

I hear stories that it works but it doesn't  Im so blind i can't see anything anymore, i wear glasses , im so tired of wearing glasses .. I never tried contacts but ughhh i'm tired of being blind in general blame it on my dad since he has horrible vision. Any of you ladies had it? if so , is it worth it and does it hurt??? and how much does it cost?

The best thing for you to do is consult your eye doctor. They will tell you whether thou are a god candidate for lasik or not. They can answer all of your questions.  Generally, if you're a good candidate, lasik is absolutely worth it.

In order to do lasik your prescription has to be stable for a couple years. I have had plenty of people who have had it tell me it was totally worth it (I work in an optometry office) of course with LASIK, it isn't permanent. You're vision doesn't always stay perfect, but it will be a lot better. They do their best to get you to 20/20 as well. I've seen plenty of people who had the surgery and are still seeing very well 10 years later. I think it's something definitely worth talking to your doctor about if your tired of wearing glasses. I would recommend trying contacts as well.
