what's your favorite thing to eat on a diet?
I'm almost 200lbs and I really want to lose weight, I don't really know what to eat and I'm not really sure what excersise to do other then jog so I don't gain too much muscle, I look like a chunked boxer and I want to look more slim and less like I'm going to beat up someone when I walk down the street 😩 any suggestions?
