How long after implantation bleeding?

If any of you ladies have had implantation bleeding, how long after did you get your BFP?

Answer

I did not have any spotting or bleeding. I missed my period and had horrible heartburn and demonic dreams before I got my positive @ 4 weeks. My doctor confirmed it that same day of my missed period.

I got my BFP the same day. It was my first sign of pregnancy, along with random nasal congestion. Anyway, I knew it was too soon for my period, so when it happened I ran to CVS and bought tests and they were very faint, but definitely positive!!
