letting 8 month old "sleep in"?

My 8 month old is going finally at the tail end of a virus that had spiking fevers, has her two bottom teeth coming through and thanks to moms stupidness a small patch of sunburn on her arm 😩. This poor kid just is a hot mess! She's waking up multiple times, hard to get to sleep and now she's currently "sleeping in". Usually she gets up because of me for work, or on her own, at 6:30 and we're now an hour passed that! Would you let her keep sleeping or wake her up to not mess with that schedule?
