🤔 can acne be a very early sign of pregnancy? 🤔

I usually don't have any problems with acne. I get the occasional pimple but that's it. But for the last 2 days I've been having the worst break out on my back. There's dozens of them. Some in my face too (and oily skin). I don't know what to do as this is not normal for me. Could it be a very early sign of pregnancy? I am 8dpo.
