About to give up ttc

So it's cycle 14 ttc baby no 1 for my fiance and me and I'm getting to the point where I feel like it's just not going to happen for us. I feel like there is so much sadness inside of my because of it and my dream of becoming a mother will never come true 😢😢my gynecologist says nothing's wrong with me, blood tests are fine too, the only thing to do now is see if my tubes are blocked. I'm 25, fiance is 27. I can't believe it's this hard 😢 Any success stories of conceiving naturally after 14 cycles?
