Can you be "pro-life" and support Trumpcare?

Trumpcare is going to take at least 23 million people off of health insurance. It will also take away maternity care, birth control and more. Medicare will also lose millions and there are clauses in the bill to hurt swing and blue states. When it all comes down to it, people, mainly the elderly, sick and children are going to suffer and may die. 
In fact, a politician (Raul Labrador -R Idaho) said that no one dies from lack of healthcare, despite studies showing that 45,000 deaths annually are linked to lack of healthcare. Imagine how much that could multiply. Now putting this into perspective, can someone who supports this repeal and Trumpcare really be "Pro-life"?
