cramping 19 weeks

So am 19 weeks today, the last few days iv had cramping when I sleep at night normally when I'm sleeping on my stomach.  Sometimes through out the day. It's more like light period cramping. I also have so much discharge all the time. I have a doctors appointment Wednesday so I'm going to wait it out to ask. Is this normal I read round ligament pain but is this what it feels like?
