Is this a promising sign?

Okay. So AF is due July 1st. I've been crampy for two weeks. I checked my underwear today and saw white cm. I also think my cervix is high. Is this a promising sign that I could possibly be pregnant? I know cm doesn't help indicate pregnancy. But I've also felt a little sick today. Also I think I had implantation bleeding last week.
