Best form of Birth control?

What's the best form of birth control to use, because my significant other refuses to use condoms, but neither of us want another child right now.

I've been married for 6 years and never used any BC. Sex now have a baby and my husband doesn't want me to have anything with hormones (we agree there 100%) and after the Paraguard being our only option...condoms were delivered to Our door.

He needs to have a little more respect for you and not refuse a legit method.

The iud (hormonal and copper) are 99.8% effective at preventing pregnancy. The copper is effective right away but you have to wait a week with the hormonal. Your doctor will suggest waiting to go without condoms until your 1 month check up though. I got the hormonal iud, mirena, which will lessen your periods too.

Copper IUD! It's non hormonal and honestly just the best. I LOVED mine. Lasts for years and you are fertile immediately after removal!

I'm on the shot. I love it cause I don't get my period at all, I don't have any weight gain on it and I like only having to go every 3 months to get one. It's always been my go to birth control. And my doctor told me im protected right away so I didn't need to wait to have sex. The only downside is when I got off it it takes exactly one year for my period to return to normal.

I used the Nuva Ring? (I think that's what it's called) I loved it. You put it in for 3 weeks take it out for a week and put a new one in. I couldn't feel it or anything. But my boyfriend felt in when we had sex and said it hurt him. So I just use any form of BC now.

I got nexplanom before my pregnancy it's a great birth control. I loved it no weight gain or mood changes and my period always came at the same time every month like clock work. And if you do decide to have another baby just depends on your body but 6m after I got mine out I was pregnant! It's a great alternative to the shot which makes a lot of people gain weight or the ones you have to insert vaginally. I'm 100% gonna get this back in after I have my baby!
