do you guys think this dress was too revealing?

I went to my cousin's baby shower with this dress and some of the guests, including my aunts thought it was too revealing and a little inappropriate. Got lots of surprise faces and some dirty faces too. They didn't say anything to my face though but some told my mom and talked between them and I guess most of the guests were uncomfortable so I covered myself with a scarf because I was a little bit cold not because I cared about what people think. First I just think they just overreacted a little bit and don't think it this dress is scandalous or I'm showing too much. I want to know your opinions, I'm just curious.  (I'm 28 btw)
