Help!

I have these blisters or cuts around the side of my vagina and the inside of my thigh and some on my butt. They hurt so badly. I know it's not herpes because I haven't had sex in almost 2 months and my ex bf didn't have herpes. I'm freaking out and they keep getting worse. What do I do?!
