i'm 33+3 and can't sleep worth shiiiiiiiiit smh. it's 148am and i am not sleepy at all. this has been the case for a few weeks now.

Your not alone im 33+6 and I never can sleep I use to sleep almost all day and now every night I'm up till atleast 5:00am going crazy bored out of my mind.

My doc recommended taking benadryl before bed every night but it does nothing for me anymore 😫

I'm usually exhausted when I get home from work, but then I get past that and I'm up late... then exhausted again the next morning. And I don't get many naps with having 3 other kids!

i sleep all morning SMH. i try not to go past 1pm though. that's probably why i can't sleep. i have to do something though because this is ridiculous
