what do you use?

I normally use tampons but they have been getting really expensive for me so I was thinking of switching a menstrual cup. However, i'm nervous because I don't want to feel like i'm leaking. (sorry if that was a gross way to word it) but if any of you have any tips or advice or favorite brands please help a girl out. thanks!!
